Returns policy - If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund or exchange. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if you’ve ordered the wrong item, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don’t like what you’ve ordered. Returns for refund must be in an un-unused condition and in original packaging. Postage cannot be refunded, you are liable for the return postage cost.

Pricing and payment - All prices are in £ sterling and include VAT where applicable at the standard rate(15%). Purchases made outside the EU can order VAT free. Purchases made from outside the UK will be charged in sterling and converted to your currency by your credit card company. When ordering you must state the correct card holders details including address, these details are checked for security reasons and any mismatch in details may cause a delay.

Credit card security - Herbert Snowdrop accept most major credit cards for online orders through PayPal. Any information you enter into our website will only ever be used by us and our secure payment company for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Please be assured that we will never sell your information to any third party. Any data entered into our website is held securely. All credit/ debit card or bank account information is dealt with by the PayPal our payment Company and none of these details are held or seen by Herbert Snowdrop.

Privacy Policy - Visitors to the site can elect to receive free e-mail notification of future product launches and promotions by subscribing through our website. Any marketing e-mail correspondence you may receive from us will contain a link to allow you to unsubscribe from future mailings.

Seeds - All of our seeds are UK sourced and packaged and comply with EC Rules & Standards-“Standard Seed”. Seeds need to be stored in an appropriate dry place and once opened the seed should be used straightaway. They should also be used by the sell by date.

Ordering, Delivery times and Postage costs - Orders can be placed online or if you prefer not to enter your
details online orders can be accepted by phone on 02380 173 511 . You may also print an order form by
clicking on Pickles the Pony at the bottom of any page and sending the completed order form along with a cheque to us. We recommend that you do not send cash through the post. All prices are inclusive of postage UK mainland– what you see is what you pay no hidden costs at the checkout. All postage used is First Class next day delivery we aim to get your delivery to you in 24hrs although we cannot offer any guarantee.

Web Site - We keep all pictures and product descriptions up to date and as accurate as possible and try to keep all of the goods listed on our website physically in stock. We update our site regularly, so what is listed is in stock. However occasionally mistakes can happen and if we are out of a product that you order we will contact you by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours and give you the opportunity to cancel, wait or have an alternative sent.

Finally... All of our products and packaging are UK sourced and manufactured and where possible are recycled/ recyclable and or bio-degradable.
